I founded Poise Events to offer a more personal way to deliver events, one that prioritises quality, clarity and genuine partnership over volume and complexity.
After many years working within large agencies, I saw how easily clients could become just one of many projects. Poise was created to provide something different: a boutique service where every event receives focused attention, proactive thinking and clear ownership from start to finish.
With over 20 years’ experience, I have worked with some of the industry’s largest agencies, including Banks Sadler (now AMEX), Grassroots (now BCD) and BSI/Capita. For the past decade, I have supported teams within PwC across Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications and Partner Conferences, delivering complex events across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This experience has shaped a deep understanding of corporate environments, stakeholder expectations and the practical realities of delivering events at scale.
To me, Poise represents calm strength, clarity and simplicity in the face of complexity. Events rarely run exactly as planned, but with the right approach they can still feel controlled, seamless and professional. I focus on solutions, think one step ahead and ensure clients feel supported at every stage.

I act as an extension of your organisation, providing structured guidance, honest advice and hands-on support wherever it’s needed. My role is to simplify decisions, streamline processes and remove pressure from your internal team.
