Advisory University eXperience (AUX) — EMEA Programme

Overview

A large-scale, week-long learning and leadership programme for PwC, bringing together 600–800 delegates from across EMEA, from Associates to Partners.

Scope

Poise delivers a fully integrated solution, including venue sourcing, accommodation and end-to-end delegate management. A bespoke platform integrates with SpotMe via API, enabling attendance tracking and real-time data synchronisation.

Delivery

Onsite, Poise manages all delegate logistics, including badging and acting as the central point of contact, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience across the programme.
